2)
Band parts with excessive thread and fabric parts inside will cause excessive fold. Applying snap fasteners on garments
having excessive fold will decrease resistance of snap fasteners and break away. During application, it is a requirement that 5 pieces claws will be pounded on equal folds.
3) If the surfaces which snap fasteners are applied on is too thick, quality of fastening of snaps pounded to each other is poor due to short height of claws. In order to solve this problem, fabric thickness must be measured and snap fasteners you use are to be checked by technicians. In case it is required, some changes on snap fasteners and on places they are applied on.
4) In case application surfaces are too thick, snap fasteners will cause deformation and tearing on the fabric. In order to prevent it, in the direction of technician, fabric must be reinforced or size of snap fasteners be changed. Reinforcement to be made is preferred by way of cloth interlining. In this process, never use paper interlining. Let your technician say to you the kind of interlining. (Cloth interlining or Lycra interlining etc.)
